The first line of work of the future holding was a chain of jewelry stores. And a real estate agency.
In 2001, Murat Topchu, the head of the company, began construction of the first facility. It was a small private villa on its own plot of land. The house was planned to be built for himself and his family.
"I wanted to build the best house in Alanya — a big one, filled with sunshine and light, with a modern design and according to my project. A house in which it would be comfortable to live," Murat Topcha recalls.
At that time, there were practically no large construction companies in Alanya.
