Antalya As A Tourist Driver
The city is consistently ranked among the main tourist centers of Turkey.
According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, 2,388,585 guests visited Antalya in September 2025 alone, which is 49,114 more than in the same month last year. The leaders in entry this month are Russians, Germans, and Poles.
In the first nine months of 2025, the tourist flow reached 14,091,318 people, which is 19,803 more than in the same period of 2024. Most of them came from Russia (3,306,606), Germany (2,702,971) and the United Kingdom (1,292,806).
In Turkey as a whole, foreign demand is noticeable, although weaker than in Antalya. Since 2021, over 6.6 million home sales have been registered, of which 198,000 have been made by foreign buyers. The year 2022 turned out to be the peak — 67,490 housing units were bought by non-residents.
According to the General Directorate of Land Cadastre and Registration (TKGM), the total number of real estate transactions (including houses, land, fields and commercial real estate) in January–September 2025 increased by 11.4% year-on-year and reached 2,290,485.
In September alone, 300,687 properties were sold, which was the highest monthly sales figure of the year and +5.4% year-on-year.
