The Nirvana Group of Companies has launched its first commercial activity in the field of tourism. This family-owned company, founded jointly with the enterprises of brothers Hussein Ulukapi and Kenan Ulukapi, started its first business with tourism. Hussein Ulukapi, who graduated from the Faculty of Tourism at Antalya Mediterranean University and has experience as an executive manager in a travel agency, founded Nirvana tourism, a real estate and construction company, in order to evaluate the growing potential of the tourism industry together with his brother Kenan Ulukapi, an agricultural engineer. In the early years of its existence, the company was responsible for the activities of travel agencies, including entry and ground handling services, car rental and organization of excursions. Since the beginning of 2000, the company's field of activity has included real estate consulting and investment expertise.

In 2003, Nirvana incorporated the construction department into its operations to meet the growing demand of real estate buyers, and soon began construction of residential complexes, houses and villas.
