Habit offers a complete proposal in the highly demanding field of Real Estate market in the North Dodecanese islands, and other selected parts of Greece, depending on the needs of our customers and the general profit opportunities in this market. With the constructions and consulting company “Domon Architects“, that is the second firm of our little group, we may give the final and meaning solution to an investment in estate. We are members of all official national (Greek), and international associations of Realtors and Constructors.

The owner and the coworkers of Habit and Domon have a 20 year old experience in supplying real estate & construction services, since they came into the picture; providing full services in residences – such as study, supervision and construction – and in special constructions – such as hotel units, monument and memorial reconstructions and other classic and traditional-style buildings. During this period, not only the need for customer guidance became obvious but also the guidance in every kind of investment, as far as it concerns the set of tasks in any construction project from scratch. In order to make an investment successful or not, the factor that should be taken into consideration is the right guidance; the accurate choice of place, suitable means of funding, precise use and promotion are elements which determine investment success more than the effectuation itself.

Principally, we found out that the majority of our customers had experienced appalling consequences due to wrong decisions, inappropriate partnerships, waste of time in bureaucracy or even disclaiming responsibilities of all individuals who took part during the whole process.

The final result was only a small part of the initial target. Thus, although without any infrastructure or experience, we decided to put everything together by centralizing all necessary activities in order to put such investments into successful orbit.
