Sintes Build

Since its founding in 1997, Sintes build Ltd.is a construction company that operates in Varna and the region. In these over 25 years we have completed eighteen multi-storey residential blocks in the city, three holiday complexes and over 80 single-family houses, built custom-made for their owners. In recent years, our focus is just that – to be not only a builder, but also a consultant for the realization of your home.

Sintes build is a long-standing member of the Bulgarian construction Chamber. The manager of the company is Eng. Alexander Nemtsov-civil engineer with extensive professional experience, honest to his clients. We have qualified management and executive staff, which includes civil engineers, technicians in specialties construction and architecture and construction workers in all specialties – with many years of experience. The provision of our own material and technical base, transport and lifting equipment in combination with the good balance in the team-a working and permanent team in time, are a guarantee for our high – quality construction.
