Noyanlar Group of Companies was founded in 1973 and provides high-quality services in all areas of the construction sector of Northern Cyprus. The story began when Chief architect Gokhan Noyan signed many architectural projects in the 70s and 80s, founding one of the leading architectural and engineering companies in Northern Cyprus with the participation of civil engineer Mustafa Noyan. In 1986, Arken Architecture Engineering Ltd. was founded.

Arken Architecture Engineering Ltd. is a company that has implemented many housing projects in Famagusta, Iskele and other regions of Northern Cyprus to date. With the addition of architect Akhmet Noyan to the management in 1999, a number of major projects were implemented in the Iskele area, and large-scale construction of large residential complexes is still underway in this area.

Noyanlar Group of Companies was proud to launch its first construction project in Iskel in 2000, and has signed thousands of projects as architectural, engineering and contracting services. Noyanlar Group of Companies has made more than 5,000 families homeowners and provided living quarters to tens of thousands of people. In 2000, Akhmet Noyan's wife, Zarif Noyan, joined the group of companies, participated in the sales department of the company and worked in this position for 5 years. She served as the Sales Director of the Noyanlar Group of Companies. In 2010, she successfully launched her overseas marketing mission and in 2012 became the official representative of the company's branches in foreign countries.
